PROJECT INFORMATION
Phoenix Mechanical Contracting Inc provided a completely new mechanical system for the 13,300 square foot Wellness Center as an addition to current headquarters of the Andover Companies, originally constructed in 1989.
HVAC SYSTEM
The mechanical system is completely independent of the main building’s HVAC system and consists of (2) variable air volume, air to air energy recovery ventilators with hot water and chilled water coils, (3) natural gas fired, condensing boilers, (1) 40 ton air cooled water chiller, and single duct terminal units with hot water reheat coils. A new DDC controls system was provided and integrated into the existing building’s BMS system.
